The motor seems to be making too much noise or vibration.

If there is noise from the motor there are a couple
things you can check.
1. The belt should not be too tight. If it is, it can cause
additional noise.
2. If the belt is too loose it will add noise because of slippage
and the belt hitting the cover, if there is one.
3. Check the pulleys to make sure the set screws are tight.
4. Check the brushes on the sides of the motor (the black round
disks on the side that can be removed with a screwdriver). These might need
